1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the TikTok Comment Downloader & Exporter browser extension, this website, or related subscription and support services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Service Description
The extension helps you collect comments from TikTok videos and export them to CSV, Excel, or JSON files. Available features, export limits, and supported behavior may vary by plan and may change as TikTok or the Services evolve.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes;
- Comply with TikTok's terms, applicable laws, privacy rights, and any agreements governing your access to comment data;
- Use reasonable request intervals and avoid disrupting or overloading TikTok or the Services;
- Protect your account credentials and exported files; and
- Not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, interfere with, or misuse the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features require an account or paid subscription. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your account secure. Free and Pro export limits are displayed in the extension and may be updated prospectively. Pro features are available only while your subscription or other paid entitlement remains active.
5. Payments and Cancellation
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management option in the extension. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally provide a refund for time already used.
6. Refund Policy
If the Service does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase. Email help@extensionsgod.com with your order details. Refund eligibility may be subject to Paddle's checkout terms and applicable law.
7. Availability and Changes
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TikTok may change its website, APIs, access controls, or rate limits without notice, which may temporarily or permanently affect the extension. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
8. Ownership and Trademarks
The Services and their original software, design, and content are owned by ExtensionsGod or its licensors. TikTok and related marks belong to their respective owners. TikTok Comment Downloader & Exporter is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.
9. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may share information with service providers and other parties only as described in that policy or as required by law.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete or error-free exports, or continued compatibility with TikTok. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtensionsGod will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
