This Privacy Policy explains how ExtensionsGod ("ExtensionsGod," "we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use the TikTok Comment Downloader & Exporter browser extension, this website, subscriptions, and support services (collectively, the "Services").

1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS
  • Exported comment data. When you start an export, the extension retrieves comment data from TikTok and prepares the selected CSV, Excel, or JSON file in your browser. The export workflow does not upload the collected comment data to our servers. The downloaded file is saved to your device and remains under your control.
  • Account information. If you sign in or create an account, we may process your email address, authentication identifiers, account status, and subscription or license information. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides the information needed to authenticate your account according to your Google account settings.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. We do not directly store your full payment card details, although we may receive transaction, plan, and subscription information needed to provide paid features and support.
  • Website analytics and support. This website uses Google Analytics to understand website usage and Crisp to provide customer support chat. These services may process device information, browser information, IP address, pages visited, referral information, cookie or similar identifiers, and messages you choose to send through support.
  • Extension settings and technical information. The extension stores settings and export preferences in browser storage. We and our service providers may also process limited logs or diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services.
  • Communications. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, support request, and any attachments you choose to provide.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Services;
  • Authenticate accounts and enable subscription features;
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions;
  • Respond to support requests and service communications;
  • Understand website usage and improve reliability and usability;
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and technical problems; and

3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell exported TikTok comment data. We may share other information only as needed with service providers that help us operate the Services, including:

  • Google for account authentication and website analytics;
  • Paddle for payments, subscriptions, tax handling, and transaction support;
  • Crisp for customer support chat;
  • Hosting, infrastructure, security, and email providers; and
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

We may also disclose information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The extension interacts with TikTok at your direction to retrieve comments from the video you open. TikTok, Google, Paddle, Crisp, and other third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control how those third parties handle information.

5. DATA RETENTION

Exported files are stored on your device, and you decide how long to keep them. We retain account, subscription, transaction, support, and technical information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement.

6. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can manage extension settings in your browser, delete exported files from your device, control cookies through your browser, and disconnect Google access through your Google account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a portable copy of personal information we hold about you.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact help@extensionsgod.com.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
